Private In Home Puppy Sessions
Start your new puppy out with a personalized program that helps you to incorporate your new puppy into your family's lifestyle.
Understanding how a puppy grows, develops and learns is the first step in creating a healthy bond and trusting relationship that can be used to lay the ground work for teaching obedience.
Let us help you to teach your puppy about where to eliminate; what to chew on; how to interact with children; and basic manners as well as preventing other common behavioral problems that can be frustrating for both you and your new puppy.
Private In Home Training
Our most popular training program is our 6 session private
in home program. This well rounded program is designed to help
you to teach your canine companion all of the formal obedience
commands (heel, sit, stay, down, come) as well as address any
behavioral concerns such as: housebreaking, biting, mouthing,
nipping, chewing, digging, barking, jumping, separation anxiety,
aggression or any other specific training issues your household
requires.
We will be working with your entire family at your home or a nearby park and at a pace that suits you and your dog. Schedule as we go and take as much time as you need to practice between sessions!
In addition to all of your private lessons, this program includes access to all of our obedience classes for the life of your dog to support what you learn in the one on one program. Your training will focus on mastering the obedience commands in the home environment and then proofing them with the added distractions of the group environment. You will have the added benefit of consistency by having the same trainer for both your private training as well as your group classes.
 Puppy Socialization
4 week - 1 hour sessions
- Educating you and your family about how your puppy grows, develops and learns in a fun environment
- Introduction to Heel, Sit, Down and Come
- Teaching Puppy Manners
- Puppy Playtime!
 Beginner Group Obedience
6 week - 1 hour sessions
- Teaching you how to teach your dog:
- Heel, Sit, Stay, Down & Come
- (All with verbal and hand signals and no food necessary!)

- Proper nutrition
- Grooming
- Most behavior concerns
- AKC S.T.A.R. PUPPY PROGRAM
Intermediate/Advanced Group Obedience
6 week - 45 minute sessions
Helping you to reinforce basic obedience commands with added distraction and drills
Focus is on fine tuning your handling skills, increasing the dog's responsiveness and (of course) having fun!

Long distance down (with distraction)
Down from a distance

AKC Canine Good Citizen
5 week - 1 hour sessions
Providing you with all of the instruction, practice and information you will need to help you pass the AKC CGC exam (exam given on the 5th week)

Mommy Preparedness Classes
1 hour sessions
Are you an expecting mother? Do you have a group of friends that are also expecting a new baby soon? If so, then this is the perfect class for you! This class is designed to help prepare your family for the changes that will be taking place in your household including:
How to introduce your dog to the new baby
How to incorporate your dog into the baby’s routines and your new schedule
How to walk on a leash next to your stroller and incorporate obedience commands
How to address new behavioral concerns that may surface when the new baby arrives
How to recognize situations and behaviors that may result in a conflict and learn how to prevent, address and correct them early
Tricks and Games Classes
1 hour sessions
Fun fast paced class introducing how to teach your dog new tricks and play games!
Learn the concepts of how to utilize your dog’s natural abilities and tendencies to shape them into desired behaviors and tricks. Every dog has physical limitations, so we introduce many tricks to cover all dogs’ abilities and drives.
