You have your new puppy and you need to find a good vet. Where do you start? Ask your friends and families who they use and what they like or do not like about their vet. When you call for an appointment or better yet, go into the office to schedule your appointment, let them know if this is your first puppy and ask them what their puppy packages cover or include. Do not be afraid to ask questions and follow your gut feeling. If you are uncomfortable with the visit, then your puppy will sense your anxiety and may feel uncomfortable too. I have a list of veterinarians (in alphabetical order) that I have either used myself or have had excellent reviews from my clients that you are welcomed to visit.
